It seems Biden's decision to not give a phone call to Imran Khan, even after almost 7 months of his assuming American presidency, may have "repercussions" for the US-Pakistan relations. At least, this is what Pakistan’s national security adviser Moeed Yusuf has suggested in an interview.
“The president of the United States hasn’t spoken to the prime minister of such an important country who the US itself says is make-or-break in some cases, in some ways, in Afghanistan — we struggle to understand the signal, right?” Yusuf told the Financial Times in an interview.
“If a phone call is a concession, if a security relationship is a concession, Pakistan has options,” the Pakistan NSA added.
However, he did not elaborate what those options are for Pakistan and if and when will Pakistan exercise its "options" for its PM not getting a courtesy call from the US President.

On the US President not making a call to the Pakistan PM, a Biden administration official told FT: “There are still a number of world leaders President Biden has not been able to speak with personally yet. He looks forward to speaking with Prime Minister Khan when the time is right.”
Biden made a series of phone calls to key US allies after taking over the US Presidency. He spoke to PM Modi on February 8, 2021 in which two leaders agreed to continuing close cooperation to promote a free and open Indo-Pacific and to rebuild the world economy.
